DESIGN OF PASSIVE RETRANSMITTING SYSTEM FOR CELLULAR COMMUNICATION

Abstract


This paper presents an analysis of a passive repeater for mobile communication consisting of an arrangement of two back-to-back Yagi-Uda antennas and reflectors appropriately designed to enhance the relay efficiency in cellular communication. The analysis will consider the redirection of the signal in azimuth and elevation, from 0 to -30°.
