Dynamic Analysis of Multilayered Anisotropic Finline and Microstrip Resonators

Abstract


In this paper, the fullwave spectral domain method is applied to evaluate the resonance characteristics of microstrip and finline multilayered anisotropic resonators with arbitrary number of dielectric layers. An efficient automatic formulation of dyadic Green's function is derived via a recursive process. Numerical results for both multilayered finline and microstrip resonators are presented for different parameters including substrate thickness, permittivity, length, and width of the resonator. Additional results are concerned with the convergence and CPU time.
